Should anyone ask, I have had 3 good things happen

1. Apple replaced my DVD drive, even though I was 5 days out of warranty.
2. Apple Center Schulz offered to do the replacement without me needing to leave my mac there for 5 days like all other mac dealers
3. Ligo Electroinics offered to upgrade my sister’s VOIP phone to a newer model that supports multiple VOIP providers.

My faith in society has increased.
